Community Rules

By being a member of any forum or The Blooming Mum Community, you agree to abide by the rules of the forum, that are shared below and will be posted on the forum.

THE BLOOMING MUM COMMUNITY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This is a private, safe, welcoming and supportive community so we hold respect for members as a high priority. To be a member of this community, we have a few rules:

1. Respect every member. You may not necessarily agree with their opinion but this must not be grounds for disrespect.
2. Kindness and empathy is critical. The world puts a heavy weight on us as women and we don’t want any more from our members.
3. Do not privately solicit help from members. There would be ample opportunities for you to share whatever you are struggling with through designated channels. Please allow members to support in the way(s) they want to.
4. This is a safe space. Whatever is shared in the community remains in the community. Please do not reshare members’ stories or images shared in this group.
5. Please do not share any content that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, slanderous, hateful or embarrassing to any other person or entity as determined by the Admin in its sole discretion as well as any content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others or on the privacy or publicity rights of others.
6. Please refrain from harvesting or otherwise collecting information about others, including e-mail addresses without their consent.
7. Please refrain from posting advertisements or solicitations of business except through the designated channels.

The Blooming Mum Community Admins reserves the right to:

1. Monitor, record or disclose to relevant authorities the dialogue in the group.
2. Investigate an allegation that a communication(s) does not conform to the terms of this section and determine in its sole discretion to remove or request the removal of the communication(s).
3. Edit or delete any communication(s) that are abusive, illegal or disruptive or that otherwise fail to conform with these Terms of Use.
4. Terminate a member’s access to the community upon any breach of these Terms of Use.

Payment

Recurring membership and instalment payments will be expected on or before the 26^th of the month.

Failure to pay will stop you from having access to the program immediately.

You will receive a payment notification via email once your payment has been processed successfully.

Appointments & Call Sessions

By signing up for or purchasing any service that uses an appointment or a call approach (either through a phone or a web service), you agree to show up on time for all calls. Any call/appointment not previously rescheduled in accordance to the terms of the service will be forfeited if not attended. Alternative appointments will have to be booked and paid for.
