As a Consumer, we hope you are satisfied with your purchase but where you are not, your rights to cancel and get a refund are specified below.

MEMBERSHIPS

Membership subscriptions are payable in advance and cover a 12-month period. Current-year subscriptions cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable. To cancel future subscriptions, simply opt not to renew at the end of your current subscription period.

COURSES

Courses that are free for members of The Blooming Mum Community will be marked as such. Access to those courses will also be specified on the course page. Where you have paid separately to purchase a course, the access duration of the course will be specified on the course page. All paid courses are non-refundable.

COACHING PROGRAM

If you purchase The Blooming Mum Coaching Program or any of the other coaching programs, you get a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. This means if you have enrolled in the programme for 30 Days (starting from the day the payment is paid) and you believe the program is not suitable for you, you can request a refund. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL REFUNDS MUST BE REQUESTED ON DAY 30 BY EMAIL TO refunds@thebloomingmum.com. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. To illustrate what Day 30 is, let’s say you purchased (made payment for) the program on January 1st, all requests for refund must be received no later than January 30th.

APPOINTMENTS & CALL SESSIONS

By signing up for or purchasing any service that uses an appointment or a call approach (either through a phone or a web service), you agree to show up on time for all calls. Any call/appointment not previously rescheduled in accordance with the terms of the service will be forfeited if not attended. Alternative appointments will have to be booked and paid for. To be eligible for a refund, an appointment/call session (excluding and separate from any appointment/call session which is part of a coaching program), the session must be cancelled at least 6 hours prior to the start time of the session. Any session booked with less than 6 hours’ notice can be cancelled or rescheduled but will not be eligible for a refund.

PHYSICAL GOODS

Please note that some products are non-returnable and are marked as such and on the website in the catalogue. The return policies for the products vary. Please check each product to see the return policy.

Where returns are allowed, please contact us for a return authorisation reference. Do not return a product without a return authorisation reference. Email refunds@thebloomingmum.com

Return eligibility lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Please take extra care when viewing your products as goods must be returned in pristine condition, unused and in their original, undamaged packaging. Where goods are received back in an unsatisfactory condition an amount may be deducted from the refund to reflect the amount by which the value of the product has been reduced.

Where an item is being returned because of a change of mind not because it is faulty, the amount to be refunded would be net of original delivery costs and relevant bank charges.

If you are not a Consumer, we reserve the right to apply a 15% re-stocking fee.

All postage costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty. We do not offer a pre-paid return service. We recommend that you return your products on a signed for service – The Blooming Mum cannot be held responsible for any missing parcels sent by the customer.

If you have received an incorrect, faulty or damaged product, please contact us using refunds@thebloomingmum.com. Damaged or missing products must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.

Additional Non-Returnable Items:

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
